Non Customized Products
Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours to process it for disptach. Online Paid order are shipped the next working day and are mostly delivered within 3-5 working days from the date of dispatch. All COD orders are first confirmed on call and then dispatched the same or next working day.
Customized Products
The making process for customized products is 4-5 working days and are mostly delivered within 3-5 working days from the date of dispatch.

All charges on handmadejoy.in are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).
This usually happens when we are not able to capture your payment, in such cases your money will get reversed to your account with 2-3 working days.

925 Sterling Silver is 92.5% pure silver mixed with 7.5% alloy as per market standards.
The purest form of silver which can be used to make sturdy jewelry as 100% is very soft to make the same.
So we mix 7.5% non-allergic alloy to make it hard enough for manufacturing.
It never tarnishes or turns black.
Can become pale or light yellow after a few years of use.
Can lose its shine with daily use.
Keep the product in a cool, dry place. Avoid keeping the product in direct sunlight for long hours. Store the product in a ziplock when not in use. Avoid bringing it in contact with sweat, perfume, moisturiser or any other source of moisture.
Return And Exchange
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received the product, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Such as customized products we only exchange them if you received a damaged product.
